The Spring Coffee 2026 is produced in Colombia’s Cauca region by women farmers from the CENCOIC cooperative. CENCOIC stands for Central Cooperativa Indígena del Cauca, a cooperative representing indigenous communities in the Cauca area.

The Cauca region is located in southwestern Colombia, and this coffee comes from mountainous farms at elevations of 1,500–2,000 meters. The cooperative places strong emphasis on community values and environmental stewardship in the region.
