The spring coffee of 2025 comes from Ethiopia's famous coffee-producing region, Yirgacheffe. It is sun-dried coffee grown at an altitude of somewhere between 1800-2400 meters. These beans are pooled from multiple producers, so no one can pinpoint the exact location. The flavor profile is really nice, special enough to stand out, yet still a coffee you can enjoy several cups of.
