Barista as a service

Top-quality coffee keeps people lingering at exhibition stands. When both high-quality filter coffee and espresso-based drinks such as cappuccino are available, visitor satisfaction is guaranteed. Our baristas know how to adapt to the style and needs of the target audience.

The barista service can be customized as needed. Typically, it includes:

• Professional barista
• Specialty coffee by Helsingin Kahvipaahtimo
• Espresso machine
• Espresso grinder
• Filter coffee brewer
• Water pump or water connection (a pump is used if no direct connection is available)
• Wastewater handling (no drain required)
• Setup and dismantling
• All accessories, such as sugars, stirrers, tea, and cleaning supplies
• Helsingin Kahvipaahtimo branded cups (custom branding available at an additional cost)

Our baristas speak at least Finnish and English. If you need other languages, feel free to ask. We are also happy to learn the basics of your industry so that the barista can naturally become part of your sales team during the event.

One barista can serve approximately 500–700 customers per day. For larger volumes, we recommend considering two baristas.

All we require from the client is electricity and a counter or table. The table must support at least 100 kg if an espresso machine and grinder are included. The preferred table height is approximately 90–100 cm, and the width about 1.5 meters. We are also happy to wear the client’s branded apparel, if provided.
